There is a two night minimum stay.

Children are welcome – as long as they are well behaved. Strictly no pets.

Please remember that you are renting a very elegant townhouse in the centre of Bath. This means that you will staying in a fine residence surrounded by real neighbours.

Rates

Rates are based on £500 per night for weekdays and from £700 per night at weekends. There is always a minimum two night stay.

This is a sophisticated property located in a peaceful residential area that is very quiet at night and above all else we want to keep our lovely neighbours lovely.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

COVID 19 LATEST: With Government Guidelines and new Laws changing with little or no notice we want to offer you maximum flexibility. Contact Kate before confirming your booking to organise special terms to suit you and remove any worries you might have on 01225 446037 or by email to enquiries@LadyMargaretsBath.co.uk

DEPOSIT: We will be requiring a deposit of £300 from your credit or debit card to confirm your booking. This deposit will also act as the damage deposit to be refunded after your departure.

YOUR FULL BALANCE: will be payable two months or 60 days before your arrival date. We will send you another confirmation at that point to let you know that we have taken your balance and to touch base regarding arrival plans. We can take this from your credit or debit card also. Be sure that everyone in your party is aware of this commitment before making your reservation.

YOUR DEPOSIT: will be refunded within a week of your departure (usually 48 hours).

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned, less a £100 Administration Fee.

However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith. It is advisable to consider holiday insurance to cover for this possibility.

In the unhappy event that you or a member of your group become ill during your stay and you are required by UK Government guidelines to remain at the property you will be charged at the rate of 50% of your group’s original day rate for any additional days stayed.

NOTE: Please remember that it is you who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Make everyone in your party aware of this, and remind them all to be respectful of this splendid home and to leave it in the fine condition in which they found it. Located in the centre of Bath, we expect you to respect our neighbours as well. Like you, they are entitled to peace of mind and a good night’s sleep. If we hear that you have caused a disturbance, whether by upraised voices after 10.30pm or by loud music, you will be fined one half of your damage deposit and asked to leave the property forthwith.
